I have the Asus Zenfone 3 deluxe zs570kl with MetroPCS as the carrier. For some reason this phone is not showing 4g lte, only shows 4g/4g+. I checked with Asus and this phone is a 4glte device. I checked ALL settings and double checked with carrier and everything is on point. I finally did a phone reset. No im a newbie so b gentle. I did the phone reset that is in settings. Is that the same as hard reset. Anyways can someone please tell me y this phone isn't displaying 4glte. Sincerely Thank You.......

There is a line saying MetroPCS is using T-mobile lte networks, I am not from the us but you probably configured the device to favor networks by MetroPCS over lte networks by T-mobile... its probably even default configuration... you should research on data roaming configuration

I am on metro to and worried when this happened to me. I checked the speeds of my phone and to my surprise, I was still hitting the same 100mbps download and 30mbps upload on my phone even though it displayed 4G+ instead of LTE.

Pretty sure 4G/4G+ means it's LTE. Otherwise, it'll say H.

Different countries say different things...
LTE and 4G are the same, might just use different bands per countrey...
