4K record with hevc?

Is there a way to use hevc for 4k record? I found a Magisk Module from OP7 and i can install but hevc not work.

You can use GCam and choose HEVC for video recording. Problem is that 4K video has no stabilization in GCam. It have option to turn eis and ois, but it is way more shaky than on stock cam.
