How to install:
-Download the latest build and GApps. Gapps should be as instructed above.
-Reboot to recovery
-Coming from different ROM? Then wipe Data (without media)
-Wipe System and Cache
-Flash the latest build boot setup phone and reboot to recovery flash GApps
-Reboot and enjoy!
Pass safetynet :
Install magisk 14 or later from here
Check safetynet .. still failed?
Install universal safteynet fix zip from here here
Now check . Should pass Safetynet. And you are good to go...

After installation of Gapps and when u connected with internet.... playstore and play services will be get updated ....
Once it get updated ...
U can install any apps ....
Because when Gapps are installed and when u install apps through package installer....
For the first time u will notice that ...Google play services Would ask for accepting permission like
.... would u like to install third-party apps .
And u should press ok....
And also it is not a bug ....bro...first update Gapps :cowboy:

Bro I think you had did something error in installation...
I too flashed the ROM ...many times but didn't get that error....
I think you should install gapps after booting the ROM..and once gapps installed try again installing apps
