Anyone with a completely working Camera? Did you wipe before the last build? I've gone dirty flash for the last 3, camera is basically unusable, hot and cold and most of the time just reboots the phone, sometimes lets me take a pic before.

There is no way to customise that yet, you'll have to wait for the CM team to make that possible.
i'm running into camera issues with video only. phone restarts as soon as i start recording. pictures are fine

I ran into a weird problem last night. i usually charge my phone when i go to bed. yesterday, my phone died as i was brushing my teeth before sleeping so i plugged it in. i checked on it 10 minutes later and it was still at the screen that you see when your battery is dead and it is charging (the battery icon with the thunderbolt). I woke up, and my phone was at 23%. It has been an hour, and it's only at 25%. does anyone have any idea why this may be? I installed CM 12,stock kernel, and the full GAPPS.

Literally just downloaded your file half an hour ago, and now there's a new update for it. :crying::crying:
When I try to flash the ROM, I get an error. I'm using TWRP v2.7.0.0 and only have this error with this ROM.
The OP stated that 2.7.1.2 was used. I used 2.8.1.2 I think.
Just get a newer recovery and it'll work for ya.

Noticed Button Settings force closed in last 12-28 build I compiled. (upstream bug)
So I rebuilt with it fixed... in 12-28 b along with any other changes since last sync. :good:

An early Taste of Lollipop...
Thought i would share some self compiled CM12 builds at least until Nightlies begin to appear in the coming weeks
I know some folks even prefer it in it's earlier stages of an OS update, as it tends to be more stock"aosp" like at that time.
Anyhow, i hope you enjoy it as is for now, though it appears quite stable.
All basic functions should be intact. But DO expect there to be bugs. This is an early build.
Credits of course go to the CM Team and Maintainers for all their hard work and Flyhalf for his input. :good:
Please do not post self-compiled builds in my thread.
Feel free to start your own thread, or make a user-compiled thread if that's what is desired.
I have no problems with anxious users who can't wait for me to compile my next one and they want to make their own.
But if everyone who does that posts their builds in my thread, it's no longer my thread at that point and I see no need for me to continue or try and support it.
Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
Bluetooth issues are well known!
Please do not post about them or ask if it's fixed.

Install procedure:
I use TWRP 2.7.1.2 for install
- Download the ROM and GApps then transfer to internal memory
- Reboot into Recovery Mode
- Make a backup of your current ROM
- Make a Full Wipe (System / Data / Cache / Dalvik)
- Flash the boot.img via fastboot (Only if you are S-ON)
- Select Install, browse to the location of the downloaded ROM
- Select the zip of the ROM, Flash the Rom
- Select the GApps zip, Flash the Gapps
- Once installation is complete, restart
- Profit!
- See post #2 about first boot and #3 regarding Root!
