Working with few issues

So today I have instaled CM12 5.0.2 (20150104), everything runs smoothly, even NFC is working! GPS seems to run just fine, but I have few issues:

1) I don´t have root acces (binary are not installed), but that have a lot of people.
2) Can´t change ringtones except for those which are in /system/media/audio...(you can change ringtone, but it won´t play). Without root access I can´t copy there and that would solve the problem.

And that is all, not really killer issues :)
...but one issue keeps still bothering me, it was happening on ColorOS from version 1.2.7i(then flashed back to 1.2.5i) and in this CM12 5.0.2. Random drops of signal and sometimes after I recive sms the signal drops all the way and some seconds later it catches full signal again.:confused:

CM12 5.0.2 is for me very stable and daily usable :good:
Hope this information is usable for someone :silly:

Have a nice day, cheers!

This thread is meant for the 'Unofficial' CM12 releases.

The official Nightiles are still not displayed on CyanogenMod's website. So I won't consider them as the official nightlies....

Hi,

after spending a hole day and much nerves for unbricking my Device, i were not brave enough to give it (20150114) a second try.

Still runnig the 20150104-Build.

Sincerely,

Zandrael
Can you elaborate a bit on what device and what zip file you flashed. I see two out there, one for find 7 and another for find 7s. So find 7 I guess is for find 7a. Can anybody confirm?

Hi,

you are right. OppoFind7-Zipfile for Find7a (X9000,X9006,X9007) and the OppoFind7s(X9070,X9076,X9077) for the QHDVersion simply known as Find 7.

I'd flashed the 20150114 7s-Version on my X9076 coming from the the 20150104 7s-Rom and it hardbricked the device. After unbricking i flashed the 20150104 7s Version, which is my daily driver.

Sincerely,

Zandi

Has anyone tried the 20150118 nightly yet? I'm getting "System.ui not responding" error.....and then the phone restarts and the loop continues until I force shut down.

    An early Taste of Lollipop...

    The original Developer's name is "Wuxianlin".

    The ROM is fully stable and can be considered as a daily driver. ROM supports almost all languages.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
    *
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

    Just in case you guys didn't know it, the link to download the Rom also contains a folder named 修复内置卡补丁, which there is a zip file (fix-internal_sd.zip) to fix the internal storage issue with CM12.

    So trying to download the newest version of cm12 and it failed half way through. To get to half way it took an hour, does anyone know of a faster download location? I am re-downloading in the meantime. Thanks in advanced.

    It failed again, I give up.
