This is the official indian OTA captured for Dual sim variant XT1068
Copy this zip to internal storage..Goto Settings and check for updates...An Update should popup...install and enjoy
PLEASE GO THROUGH FAQ'S BEFORE YOU POST SOMETHING!!!
NOTE:If Internal storage doesnot work copy to SD card if you have one and then check for update.If both didn't workout try installing the update using stock recovery!!

This is an official ROM for Moto G XT1068, was released to Indians during the SOAK testing program!

1. Whether unlocked bootloader is required for the update?
Ans: No need to unlock the bootloader.....you can install the update with locked bootloader
2. Whether updating will void warranty?
Ans: As there is no need to Unlock the bootloader it will not void the warranty
3. Whether future OTAs will be received after applying this update?
Ans: Yes you will get future updates from Motorola after installing this update
4.Which version supports this update?
Ans: This Update currently works only with XT1068 model with system version "21.11.23.titan_retaildsds.retaildsdsall.en.03" and build number "KXB21.85-23".If you are having XT1068 other than this system version kindly refer to http://xdaforums.com/moto-g-2014/development/windows-tool-moto-g-2014-xt1068-dual-t2983295
5.Will this Update work with XT1068 UK Varient?
Ans: FOR UK MODEL:Update your UK XT1068 to .23 DSDS ALL firmware ( firmware b) from here:http://xdaforums.com/moto-g-2014/development/windows-tool-moto-g-2014-xt1068-dual-t2983295
Place the update zip in your internal storage...go to settings check for updates....Update will popup....Hit install...Phone will be updated - this will change bootloader / modem etc (so dont do unless you sure you want to be on 5.0.2).confirmed both UK sims work and dial out fine.

Yes I know, but this need to be appliaded over certain firmware in 4.4.4, wich build or release, for example RETLA_XT1068_4.4.4_KXB21.85-24

Just copy to your internal storage...go to settings check for updates...install it and enjoy....No it wont brick your device its an official update from Motorola....Make sure your model is XT1068(indian model) before you proceed!!

Yes, mine is XT1068 and running 21.11.23 on KitKat 4.4.4 Were you on the same one as well?
Also, one more question, aren't the files named with the previous system version? If you renamed it for our ease, then thanks!

This OTA doesn't work for the european xt1068, it's only for the indian and I think brazilian also.

When you try to push the update through recovery it gives an error saying that it needs to be installed over 4.4 or 5.0 from india.
