Stock rom rooted (4.4.2, 4.4.3)
Recovery (CWM or TWRP)


How to:

Then download the pre rooted firmware and put them in sd card, and flash it through recovery with all wipes.

No Logo Sony at startup?
Download FTF
Install Flashtool
Select SYSTEM in Exclude.
If not want to lose device data, uncheck DATA in Wipe Options
Start the process.

Unaware of the error.

I believe that the file is corrupted. I will upload it again as soon as possible.

I uploaded again the file. This error may have occurred because of the corrupt file. Re-test with this new file.
