[5.1.1] Kcal module for T2u 19.4.A.0.182

Hey,
For anybody that needs this module, just flash in recovery and you will have kcal support for cf.lumen, etc. Root is a prerequisite.
Thanks to @savoca for the main code and @venkat kamesh for formatting into module.

Only compiled for the single kernel. If you need help installing, please search the forum.

Only for the firmware listed above. Wasn't planning on making it for any antiquated firmware. You can try it and see if it works, but I doubt it. I don't have the toolchain to do it for another firmware at the moment anyways nor the kernel sources.
