This is not a FTF.this is a flashable zip.you need to install recovery for this.install recovery then flash this zip and wipe data or follow the instruction given in opwhere is the link of FTF.?
Installed this rom, and gotta say it's working awesome!!! Cheers to the dev for this superb work!!! Battery life is much better too!!! Keep it up, you're the man!!! :beer:

* Camera doesn't start up, always FC, even after cleaning data, cache and dalvik
*I replace the SemcCameraUI folder for the one in Z5 style rom by Linuxct for the M2 and works great
I will try this rom a week to see how it works
Man, I have some news for you, I installed your rom in my Xperia M2 D2306, here's a little review from my first impressions:
* First boot took more than 10 minutes
* Camera doesn't start up, always FC, even after cleaning data, cache and dalvik
*I replace the SemcCameraUI folder for the one in Z5 style rom by Linuxct for the M2 and works great
I will try this rom a week to see how it works

Well, after some days using it, I can say it's stable at all, everything is working well except for camera limitations, can't use any camera app add on (background defocus, info eye, etc). I hope another users could try it to share another points of view.
