Notes:
MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP! ALTHOUGH THIS HAS WORKED FOR ALMOST EVERYONE, BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.

Go to Settings>S-Pen>Pen Attach/Detach Sounds>Sound 1.

Download:
Wipe cache/dalvik, flash in recovery then pick 1 sound.

Worked fine for me. If I might make a suggestion, it's not that hard to manually put the sounds in audio/ui, if you could post the sounds separately as .ogg files we could use 3 at once, and change them on the fly, and leave the aroma for those that prefer it?

Just extract the file and take the .OGG's out.

If it doesn't work for some of you then go to Settings>S-Pen>Pen Attach/Detach Sounds>Sound 1.
