2.give su to shell (com.android.shell)
3.Make full backup

Note: Backup with all contents of internal device memory, except for folders of archives itself data backup and folders TWRP with backup.

Restore:
1.install module "data_restore_Courier_v2.14-MAGISK.zip" with kernelsu manager.
2.from 1 will extract file "data_restore_v2.14-MAGISK-TWRP.zip" into / internal memory.
