Google Fi uses T-Mobile's network. If you're using the USA version (version C) then you'd have no problems.

Is it possible to change versions (A, B, C) by changing firmware of zenfone 9? Or is it possible to unlock missing bands of Global version for US carriers?

I am not aware of any way to do that. As far as I know, you're stuck with the radio bands of the version you have.
