Has anyone else not been able to see 5ghz networks? My s4 right next to me is connected no problem, the Moto X though does not even see it. I've tried forcing 5ghz only, still no joy.
No problem here... I do believe that Motorola's Wi-Fi radio doesn't play will with some routers, never heard of your problem before though. I have an Asus ac56u and it sees 5ghz fine.Has anyone else not been able to see 5ghz networks? My s4 right next to me is connected no problem, the Moto X though does not even see it. Following up on your post here, channel 149 is picked up by my Moto X. Maybe give that a try and see if yours picks it up too. Strange I've never had to do channel specifics for any other phone though. Thanks for the info.Wi-Fi 802.11a,b,g,n 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHz, supports only 124-149 chanels
I Use linksys wrt610 and it also doesn't work with 124-149 chanels

If he hasn't subscribed to this thread (which most don't unless it is a thread they want to stay updated on) then he won't ever know you asked him a question unless you click the reply button on his thread so you quote him.mainbord, where did you get the actual supported channels list from?
