Unfortunately,
- Flashing a Stock ROM prior to flashing v15 still brings in Security patch 1 July 2016. Tried this with N910FXXS1DQC3_N910FBTU1DPL1_BTU.
- Hotspot and Call Recording are not working

Flash it in ODIN and then go through the process of setting it up.
Then check by dailing *#1234#
Everything you see that come up on you screen should be this if you device is N910F
AP: N910F..................
CP: N910F..................
CSC: N910F................
Check and see your security patch showing 1 March 2017.
If so far you not getting the mentions above, then you not following the steps and I won't be and continue to give you my assistant

I think there is no need to create new thread, if you can share both versions and i can add you eventually to the contributor list to edit the thread and directly puts link to the rom link, there is too much derived roms from Norma such as enhanced rom etc... but its your choice

Fixed & Fixesss..
Clean install (clean your phone by wipping all and than restart your phone to recovery if need it!)

0- Put them all on your root internal sd = rom+kernel+supersu+gapps.
1- Flash Norma7 v15 ROM using latest TWRP
2- Flash Kernel v7 (or the one that works good with/for your phone!)
3- Flash super su (thanks to Kernel v7!) if you lost your root.. don't be panic!!
4- Flash super gapps (Arm/6.0) http://opengapps.org!!
5- Wipe dalvik + cache
6- Reboot your "N910F"
7- Enjoy

&- For the screen Clock use the one from widgets.

If you Disable Rom Control by removed it from SuperSu than you see no more Chinese word, do your things with RC than removed it from Super-Su and -phone off/on than- everything goes OK!
Or- Rom Control go to => Lock S.Setting => Diable: E.L.screen Lunar Calendar = No More Chinese!
Or- Rom Control go to => Restart Menu => Only Power off + Restart Enabled.. the rest put them on off = No Chinese!

Why'd you remove the Rom... your Rom works better than the one provided by petbede.. the only problem with yours is the hotspot..

With the latest Stock ROM, hotspot works fine and I do see the list you have highlighted, however once I install v15 this soon changes to;

I think you are correct. With Stock ROM I have the latest security patch but after installing v15 over the stock ROM Security reverts back to 2016.

I did install Root essential app & allocated 25 Gb for internal SD .Now in that app its showing 12 Gb used out of 16 GB internal SD & 1.43 GB used out of 25 Gb (allocated space from external SD). Pending is for portable SD card.Just one question how to transfer internal SD data to new allocated SD size?? or once internal SD card gets full ,further data gets added to the allocated/extended SD card space.

That's how questions that doesn't matter arises, and that creates wasted time on nothing. By what you asking it means you didn't read everything that the Root Essential App explain in the Adoptable SD Card instructions. Go back there and read it then get back to me if you still couldn't figure it out :good:

Once again, I am so sorry for taking long providing this link. I did so much tweaks and mods that it took me time to create another fresh one without tweaks and mods, and kids are on holiday from school, so my spare time kinda limited.

What I did is Translate the NOTE4_FULL-6.0.1_N7-NORMA_V15 ROM and remove Chinese apps, and also removed as much as possible Chinese texts that I could locate. I will be posting a Step By Step Guide on how to remove some other ones later on today or so.

Weather2016_Grace & WeatherWidget2016_Grace : You can take it from Norma v14 under /system/app
I do not have the v14 to upload it, was waiting for @KeTuRr74 to upload it for weeks now but haven't heard from him. Guess he must still be busy with studies.
