Got update sm t810 dutch wednesday, big improvement in battery use, speed is ok as far as i can tell,
Had 502 with encription, got message before install of update that when encripion was on before install encription couldnt be undone....

Help! Ex-LDU update

Hi guys! Can someone please help me? I have an ex ldu tab s2 9.7. I have all the retail crap removed and the factory reset option is greyed out. BUT, I have downloaded the marshmallow update through the settings, but haven't installed yet. I'm currently on lollipop and i really want to update it. Will it be fine if I update it? Will I brick it or bootloop it? I just want to make sure since it's an ex ldu model. Thanks!

It's a display model. Ldu stands for live demo unit. The only difference is that it has 16gb instead of 32gb. I went ahead last night and updated it, and it worked! So I'm happy now. Thanks for trying to help me though.

This is strange, i didn’t not receive any update (no ota of smart switch)

I flashed my US T810 first to the german MM version, then to NZ one. After seeing the MXO (Mexico) one had June 1 security patch, I ODIN'd to that but it did require a reset after since I got TW crashes. On the MXO version, I just got an OTA update to T810XXU2CPG1 with July security patch. Take it for what it's worth.

In UK with stock LP on my tm-810 and still no update available. Everyone else seems to have there's already. Why not mine?

Hi, I had flashed my SM-T810 with the SM-T710 MM firmware when it was released. Now I want to go to the US version of the SM-T810 MM. When I use odin and start the flash it immediately fails and on my tablet it says secure rom check fail (bootloader). Can someone please help me out here. I even tried flashing stock sm-t810 5.1.1 and it does the same thing.

Just got my 2nd OTA Marshmallow update but was very disappointed to find it only has July 1 security update but I guess it is better than the April security update I got near the end of June
