WHY DID U HAVE TO UPLOAD THE FILE TO A SUPER SLOW SERVER? i dont even remember what the 15-09 version's server was, but for me its the best to upload to MEGA cuz it downloads the fastest. but im still gonna wait for full stable (and not laggy at all) rom, for now imma stick with cm12.1.

download speed is fine here and for me mega is slow and full of spyware junk, i do not believe in download sites full of ads and i dont appreciate the attitude you are giving either !!! though i suspect you work for MEGA as thats twice in this post you have tried to suggest using the utter piece of junk it is

Update 19/09/16
ok people new update out, fairly minor changes here.

Changelog

Updated Kernel with some changes to help aid performance, enabled F2FS data mount support also.
Changed few minor things in rom - device identifies itself as a Galaxy S5 Mini currently as i try to sort out NFC.
Updated kernel included in recovery to allow F2FS formatting to work

performance seems to be noticeably improved but is still not perfect but i am still investigating

known problems

Flashlight does not work
Camera Autofocus can be a bit slow
Secure Lockscreen not working currently

ok folks, been keeping this one quite quiet but have been working on it for a bit alongside the cm13 port ive already posted about.

this rom is based on samsungs stock 6.0.1 for the J500F and has had no major changes except for stripping a few bloat apps.

the kernel on the other hand is completely different to stock and is based on my current DMPKern for the j500f but has been modified to allow it to boot on the FN model,

so you have all the features of my custom kernel aswell as 6.0 os

link below, i have tested this for a bit and it seems to be working ok including audio etc,

it does sometimes lag a little especially with graphics work as one of the major changes to the kernel is in relation to the drivers for graphics and display.

calls and messages seem to work fine,

other testers are always welcome though

Congrats bro i already thought that the kernel must be the reason why it wont boot cuz drivers yeah and other thing im really curious about is how did you managed to add supoort into your j500f kernel ? Any commits on github ? Is your DPMKernel even opensourced ? Maybe i can help with a few bugs here and there

bat for me mega is faster ;( maybe its different for all countries, for me (atleast) mega downloads the fastest

0.25 in to video shows the model as j500f/ds so j500F
