1-Boot into recovery
2-Wipe dalvik cache,system ,cache,data.
3-Reboot Recovery Again.
4-Flash The ROM
5-Flash nvram patch
6- Install superSU ( will be included in rom on next build)
7-Install Gapps before rebooting for the first time.(IMPORTANT)
8-Reboot

If you are facing sensors problem, fix it flashing the patch linked below through recovery

This is a beautiful ROM. after i flash the ROM i,m getting a storage problem... i install the es file explorer and internal storage not showing in file manager

I have a problem with my HTC Desire 816G (MT6592). Whenever I install the Android M ROM, internal storage doesn't mount. My phone's internal storage doesn't appear in USB mode and nor in file manager. The phone's features like Gallery, Camera, Recording, etc., are not working on all Marshmallow ROMs. Lollipop and Kit Kat work fine. I didn't have this problem with Marshmallow ROMs before. I've been stuck for around 2 weeks now.

Even i m facing this problem whichever ROM installed is(6.0/M) ex: restriction remix , slim os...and all the ROMs which r available for HTC 816 (mtk 6592) all work goog but because it shows no external sd available. So apps like camera, recorder etc..are not working if I tried to format SD as internal storage it shows as corrupted SD please any one help me plz..thanks in advance plz reply as soon as posible plz
