I have the same problem on S7E MM port ROM. Google Play Services EAT battery like Hungry Hamster... Even with bluetooth bug fixed :(
In your device it used 16%, in mine 62% :p
This here is with amplify and disabled location. Trying to fix this somehow since this is my son's device. Maybe i have to go back to CM.

Hey 3lambda, do you have any plans to get device encryption working, or is it already meant to work? Last time I tried it, my device got stuck into a bootloop with system_server dying, though I don't have logs anymore.., after keying in the encryption key.

I don't know yet I'll take a look but I don't personally use encryption... I'll give you a fix when I'll have time but not sure it'll work

Thanks for a great ROM.
But my problem is every time after about an hour of working, proximity sensor, light senor stop working. then have to reboot to resolve it. Touch key back light also doesn't work. Any solution?

But how about for the otg..it says my usb is corrupted..im using 1.5 kernel now
Don't worry, try to connect your usb key to Windows, right click on the removable drive, Properties, Filesystem.
Check : FAT32 recognized but files size limited to 4 GB...
NTFS Windows filesystem, no size limit, good but unrecognized...
exFAT, faster than FAT32, no size limit, and recognized !

So, save all your data from your USB key to your PC.
Format your USB key to exFAT filesystem.
Restore your data.
Then, connect your USB key in OTG, and it should work !

PS: Hit the Thanks button if this post is useful...

Yes, it has 6.0.1 base with TouchWiz, or what do you mean?
Update coming soon (in 1 week).
Will fix a lot of things (deep sleep, bluetooth, sensors at 100% fixed !)
Will add a lot of good features (f2fs support, aroma -> choose of CSC, etc...)
Will update the S5 ROM 6.0 itself (PC3->PF2)
June security patch !

Please like to show your interest.

Now I'm jealous of i9506 users[emoji14]damn my i9505 sux
Our phones are equal in terms of official firmware OS version (5.0.1)
Android M is available for both devices via CM13.
Yes, we have some good 6.0.1 TouchWiz ports but unfortunatelly all of them have no NFC support (and have some other minor bugs for now) - so from my point of view your device is not so bad as you described :)

I also have a S4 Value Edition (GT-I9515) : the standard S4 + LTE with more frequency...
But we only have 5.0.1 based ROM.
It's ugly.

If you want to try, take your S4 LTE-A, and install with Odin latest 5.0.1 official firmware.

It's horrible, and my other S4 can't have 6.0 touchwiz...
