Just flash the zip

And you did you even think that we spent countless hours to make these port/rom/fixes? If your not happy with it fix it yourself or flash another rom

I'm sorry friend. I barely open XDA anymore. I switched to the Galaxy Note 8 a long time ago and I have deleted all the files related to Galaxy S4. You can get the call fix files from the stock ROM from your device. They are called antenna or radio, something like that. Look around at XDA, you will find similar threads about that.
