couldn't help notice the little 'Paranoid Settings' option in the settings screenshot for the Sense build. since the option is towards the top on the settings page like in the newer 1.0 onward builds instead of the lower location like in the previous versions, i was just curious as to which build is the ROM based on.
also, since it could be a PA-based ROM, do we still have the option to change the dpi and layouts of the apps or the system itself (like, switching to the tablet UI) or does it mess up the layout of the theme work what has been done?

sorry 'bout the newb questions.

This is a sense 4 themed version of PA,I would guess using tablet mode would kill the theme but I haven't tried:)

in relation to this I am still supporting my tablet sense build (previously known as honeycomb sense) so no need to worry but you are all still welcome to try to change the dpi.

Cheers for the SENSE 4 ROM tried it for 2 days now.
Looks great & is great to see a sense 4 style ROM but unfortunately for me it is just to slow to respond to actions
Other than that thank you & good luck for your next version.
Cheers

Look in post 1 of paranoid android thread there is a link to different size data.ext4 files posted by Robbie p:)

Thanks, I'm aware of that and have tried... However the data file provided with the sense rom includes "sense items" that aren't available BUT in the data file provided

Ok sorry didnt know that,in that same post there are instructions on how to increase the size of your data.ext4 file:)

Thanks WIS1152 - I'll take this opportunity to thank you for your wonderfull work on the roms...
I still didn't find the solution for increasing a data.ext4 file. The instructions given are good for data.img files but do not actually increase the.ext4 files - when you check the file size on the phone "storage manu" you find out that the file has'nt really increased but stayed at the original size

That guide (from C1cl0n) is fine, from experience for toporesize to work correctly you need to have enough free space for original and altered data.ext4 size, so best to copy it to the desktop, resize it and then put it back.

Confirmed:) will upload a mirror to mediafire:)

dev-host upload from OP working for me, page needed to load for about a minute after pressing download before the download started

    fixes

1.there is a small glitch with the market after the first few times you use it

to fix it you go into Settings/Applications/manage applications/all and click on the following:

Google Backup Transport - then click clear data
Google Partner Set Up - then click clear data
Google Services Framework - then click clear data
    Market - clear data
Reboot the phone, and Market should then work

Make sure you add your gmail account 1st and attempt to use the market

2.in order to get the icons back in the wp7 build you must go into launcher settings and change the color of the tiles

    3. i seem to have forgotten to change the "rel_path=" in the magldr startup.txt, so to change it just rename android to the folder name you use and make sure to add your gps zone

    Q & A

how do you change the lcd density?
you go into the included build.prop folder and copy the root folder into the honeycomb folder. like this: sd card/honeycomb/root. the numbers of the folders are the lcd densities

    ugh more forgetting...
now you must create a path in your android folder... like this honeycomb/root/system/ and you place the build.prop there

    Thanks

    htc (for the phone obviously)
