I'm using a 200GB card as moveable storage, works fine. Also works when formatted as internal storage on stock rom, but for some reason whenever I fill it up on CM-based roms when formatted as internal storage it fails to boot (same when I used a 128GB card)

I seriously wouldn't use anything over 64gb as internal storage, to expensive to replace... We have seen that on average an SD card adopted as internal storage can die in as few 6 months, wouldn't want to replace a $100 card twice a year.
