[7.1.1] Omni testbuild for Oneplus3

Hello folks, after a lot of struggle, trial and errors, finally managed to get a build working for both devices on firmware 4.0.2, with f2fs working for op3t (didn't have the time to test f2fs on op3). Everything should be working properly, if you encounter any issue, same as usual, only bug reports with proper logcat will be accepted.
Proper credits should be given to @[email protected]@[email protected]@scanno for all their work making this a reality.

Just FYI - this thread is about to be closed since device gets official
