TeamHorizon's XenonHD Rom builds for Asus ZenFone 2 Laser/Selfie (Z00L/Z00T)
XenonHD is a custom firmware aka ROM for various Android devices. It is built from LineageOS 14.1 with additional features, performance and battery life improvements.

The idea behind XenonHD is to give users a ROM that is "blazing fast, rock stable and buttery smooth".

It's Rockstable and Blazing fast!
and now Buttery Smooth too!

Thanks to:
LineageOS
AOSP
CyanogenMod
SlimRoms

Flashing Instructions:
Copy the downloaded ROM to your phone.
Boot into your recovery
Back up your ROM
Enter recovery
Make a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik)
Install the ROM
Install GAPPS package
Reboot - the first boot can take up to 5 minutes

Dev, thanks for your work always innovating, I would ask you to do the port of the pac rom, this rom is great, but we still do not have to zoot, preferably 6.0.1 that the battery lasts longer than the 7.1 thanks always Dev!

Thanks for the port OP. Working pretty well! Hopefully the Z00ED maintainers can merge your work into official releases. Looking forward to updates!

Use 'system app remover' app

Use 'system app remover' app
But before that set any other third party launcher as your default launcher

Bluetooth bug

I loaded this rom last week and have only had one issue, from time to time when connecting in my car the Bluetooth turns off on my phone, other times it turns off when i disconnect from the car. From what i've read this is an android 7.1.1 issue and is fixed in 7.1.2, I just wondered if there was another fix available or if I just need to hold out for a 7.1.2 ROM update?

Try buying the original app from the play store rather than using pirated apps :)
Btw I think nova is reliable , so, u wouldn't be wasting ur money if u let the developer to earn something. #SupportDevs

Please specify ur device model. Btw I've not got any Bluetooth bug reports yet. Let's see if the future updates work well for you.

I'ma lil busy until March. So, updates are only going to resume after March or the last days of March. :cowboy:

I have a Z00TD, from what i've found so far it has to do with the power system in 7.1.1 not exempting the bluetooth stack from android optimization, once i did that my problem improved a great deal, but everyonce in a while I still have my BT turn itself off; its not a huge inconvience because you can turn it right back on (no reboot needed) and everything works. It only happens when connecting to a car the rest of the day I have no problems with BT and it works fine with headphones and my Moto 360.

Here is a link to the BT issue discussion on the Google Forums: productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/nexus/Mv5Hc6Lw7rA it also states that google fixed the bug in 7.1.2

I'm willing to wait for you to have time to work on it, this Rom has been a great daily driver and this is the only issue i've had.

Thanks for your work.
