You can, but you shouldn't. Clean flash is always recommended.

yes... i will provide an image to do it... you can flash it with odin, or with twrp itself (yeah, your current version of twrp can flash another version of twrp!! awesome, isnt it¿)
EDIT: just to make it clear... using this new version of twrp is not a requirement... but if you dont use it, once the first ota arrives, it wont update...

already told the audio hal is now wrapped, and that the in call volume and in call mic mute problems are solved...Im sensing a new opensource audio HAL, fingers crossed... Best of luck mate. You're amazing.
