Did you miss the .tuner at the end of the command while trying too?
Did the below command work?
pm list packages -d

Else wait till you get access to a computer to get it done. The sound tuner wont cause too much conflict unless you reboot or something, till thn the DAX3 settings would stick to the system.

In terminal (example: Termux) key in

su
pm disable-user --user 0 com.oneplus.sound.tuner

exit

Reboot device.

Then check and touch "dolby atmos' in Settings> Sounds & vibration

@Aswin08 i think we can tune 1st 2 values to 7, 5.5. Rest all the same. It gives better controlled sound and save the speakers in long run. This is with my extensive testing with apps YouTube, Poweramp etc.

I'll update it in the OP!

Edit : Tried with earphones, sounds good.

Little question, is it possible to make the background in black color?

Yes, it is possible. Already in this version I have replaced Greenish Grey with Black at few parts. It just consumes time to make it pitchblack without affecting the texts and few other elements. I'll release pitch black version when I have time.

I don't know why but the Untouched version works for me on the same settings whereas the edited version doesn't produce high quality results.

It is very unlikely, I have just modified the colors, icons and few texts. Make sure the configuration is fine and If you have not disabled the oneplus sound tuner make sure its not conflicting,
Sound tuner tends to overwrite the config when you switch audio device or restart phone. Also check if equalisers of apps like Poweramp doesnt interfere much.

For anyone who cares, Sony XB-WF700 sounds great too with Dolby Atmos.
