Same thing happened to me on AOSIP. It went back to normal when I flashed another rom.

What should i do ?

Try to change the power adapter/cable, a year ago my official power adapter decided to past away and my 1+1 took like 11h to fully charge (in the official ROM). I bought the "AUKEY Quick Charge 2.0" (I know that the 1+1 doesn't support quick charge but it's very fast charging my opo) and "Anker Cable USB 1.8 m Nylon" both on Amazon and my OPO takes like 1'30h to charge from 5% to 100%

On 'any' android version change, a clean flash is required..

Anyway, you will have to clean flash it. It's a mayor update (new android version), a dirty flash will cause issues and probably won't even boot.
