Loving the latest update! I haven't really put it through the paces properly just yet but at the moment I can report that this ROM definitely suffers from slow charging.

I currently have it on the charger and I'm replacing g all my apps but the battery is still slowly draining.

Edit: Seems as though the bug with Bluetooth calling exists as well.
brightness works well for you ? i've issues with it on xperia z3 compact (bug?)

@snacy90
Auto brightness is extremely slow to me as well, when I cover the sensor it takes severely seconds till I finally see the display going darker - step by step every second.
But from dark to bright it works nearly instant
@Myself5
Sry for getting that update thing wrong last time >ouch<
And thanks for the update ;)

My big problem right now is that I miss my recovery....
I came from Wolfbreaks last build with twrp 3.0.2
Installed with full wipe

But I remember twrp gave me an error
After the flashing process said "patching.... uncondinaly"
It just said something like "error processing script" ( don't remember for shure) but than finished the flashing process as successful...

Will try to flash recovery over fastboot, which one will you recommend?

If the script flashed successful, it shouldn't be anything to worry about. There is a log command that only work with some version of TWRP IIRC in the updater script. on others its throwing those warnings. I'll see if we cant just remove them when I find some time.

You know that there is a Z3C Thread too, right?

At first, mine started to charge slow as i was doing demanding tasks, but it stabilizes and mine charges at 1200ma, which is close enough to stock at 1250ma with my 1.5A charger, so maybe what your facing is placebo, all is working okay my side except for 1 thing, under thermal pressure on min brightness screen blacks out, done a thermanager change to stop it for now, but when phone is hot, brightness definitely changes way to low

For the people suffering from screen blackouts on brightness when phone is to hot, here is a temp work around (this is not a fix!) Delete the following lines from thermanager.xml in system/etc, <mitigation level="10"><value resource="backlight">64</value></mitigation>
<mitigation level="11"><value resource="backlight">55</value></mitigation>

7.1._2_

I've an update problem.
After installing 7.1.2 all my contacts, SMS etc are gone;
some apps (e.g., Whatsapp,) do not work.
* Before Updating I've deleted Substratum with all its Themes, cause it seems to be integrated now.
* Deleting F-Droid because of Error_Messages after booting was unsuccessful too.

Where is the mistake?

I tried updating several times and do not have any idea. :(

Did you all made a clean install and started by Zero?
Edit: Could wiping System before flashing be the trick?

Was I not supposed to flash this into D6643? It installed fine and then I couldn't boot, recovery didn't boot too...

EDIT: Managed to boot into ROM, but recovery still doesn't work... :/

TBH, I'm actually surprised it booted at all. For the new weekly you need to clean install once, due to the move to signed builds as described above.
Afterwards, you can just dirtyflash the weeklies over each other.

Try this. Keep in mind you need to flash the newest stock image available, in order to get the new bootloader that supports "proper" recovery handling.

Known issue, caused by the stock timemanagement. The reboot happens at 3AM btw.

A fix is WIP and should be published soon.
Interesting that is has something to do with stock timemanagement because LOS has the same bug ?

Otherthing is that screen brightness feels very low to me eg not bright enough. When the sun is shining i bearly can see anything

Yes... my screen brightness is also very dim on brightest setting, and sometimes when booting it is super bright, then dims when using the handset

Other than this brightness thing... a very nice new weekly build of this ROM... thank you.

To use root you have to flash on the recovery either superSu or magisk. The rom is unrooted by default.

You can install a recovery using the terminal and fastboot. You can see the full instructions for your device here:
