I agree.
However it is almost impossible to die a li-po battery.
Try some cleaning cycles: slow charging from 5% to 100%, slow discharge until 5%. Something like 5 cycles should bring your battery back to life.
(it is easy to do this with TWRP). And obviously do not interrupt the charge ;)
How can I do this with TWRP didn't found any option to slow charge/discharge?

I flashed the Carbon Rome on my Z3 with the TWRP Recovery. With Carbon everything is ok but TWRP is gone. What can I do?
I have used instructions to root my Z3 (with StockROM) and unlocked Bootloader.
Now I have Carbon Rom (Release Build Fri, 22 Dec 2017 22:35:25 GMT) without Root and without TWRP.

I have used the following instructions to root my Z3 (with StockROM) and install TWRP

Thanks for the great ROM!

Can I use Open Gapps together with gapps-config.txt file to remove un-wanted embedded apps?
If yes, what would the names of the apps to use?
If not, does Beans Gapps have the similar function?
Or is there any other way to remove embedded apps?
Thanks!

i guess it depend on u since this aosp rom so they got aosp apps
but usually i just use stock gapps then use confiq to remove apps that I don't want like play music, movie, books etc

Been using this ROM for a while and there's nothing negative I can say about it. Smoother and faster than stock, stable, all features (and there's plenty of them) are working and I do not regret unlocking the Bootloader because of it. Battery life is amazing and I can't really notice any difference in taken photos. Long live the Carbon ROM, it brought a new life to this phone.
