I have ze550kl 2g/16g variant. And im currently in lollipop 1.17.40 is it ok to directly flash this rom even im still at lollipop? Or do I still need to upgrade to marshmallow for me to flash this rom?

All you need to do is make sure you have your bootloader unlocked and have TWRP installed as your recovery. Then you can proceed wiping your data and internal storage and flash the ROM (at least that's how it worked for me).

Thank you for immediate response!. Yes my bootloader is already unlocked and i have twrp. Nice I dont have to go through a long process of updating it to marshmallow before flashing oreo roms.
MY speaker is not working
hi after installing this from stock rom (marshmallow) my speaker is working perfectly fine but after the install of this its not working tried to reflash but nothing work my device is Z00T ZE6001kl
NVM I FOUND THE FIX:
Superbezo speaker patch for Oreo on ZE60xKL

I was getting error while installing it says the version is for yureka how to fix it?
No it still happened when I flashed the latest build of bootleggers but when I flashed the previous build it flashed properly my device is : Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL
My phone ZE550KL, I'm use this rom, and work fine all.
what's your twrp version because when I installed the rom it showed Update 7 error but I installed previous version of RROS i.e 2.0 and it installed properly my twrp ver is 3.2.3-0

Try flash a module called "Safetypatch" (if im not mistaken) from magisk downloads
Yes I try flashing this safetypatch v3 download from magisk website.
