This is non treble rom. Flash using official TWRP.

Cannot boot into HS .

Tried :
1.) Both dirty & clean flash
2.) With & without gapps
3.) With & without magisk
4.) With & without formating data
5.) Lastly with treble & non-treble twrp

Ended up with same result, on last build (28 Des) booted and running perfectly, with normal installation. Some users from my community had this isue too.

But, last build was flawless anyway tho ?. Staying on last build until these issue fixed.

Some user says, if you install the rom twice, it'll solve the issue, I haven't confirm this, but would try it later.
