Yeah Sounds v2.0 will install by itself auto update and it breaks on some legacy devices.
Hey man any plans on a new crdroid version for flo with fixes for ambient display and always on display because it wasnt working when i tested the rom also with crdroid the notification light does not show up even when enabled
Many thanks though for your hard work and is there any chance you could build havoc os pie for flo?I tried installing OTA update, the tablet turned off during update preparation. And then it would boot up only in fastboot. As it came out, recovery partition was resized, and TWRP that was there no longer fits and no longer boots. So, I had to boot TWRP via fastboot boot. When TWRP booted up it started flashing the update. Everything seems to be good now, except that I no longer have a recovery on this device, so further OTA updates won't also work and would require manual TWRP booting.
And BTW, are there any plans about NFC working?

Hey everyone I have a problem with the latest 7.0.1 build of RR remix for flo. You see the settings app crashes when I go to settings/RR tools/interface/misc is there any fix for this and I did a clean flash and this wasn't a problem with the previous build

It may require root. Do you have SU or Magisk installed? Does it prompt for permission?
I believe it's a bug with RR's code. The misc settings do not have any groundbreaking features you will miss I would think.
But wake up on charge is in there so will you be able to fix that because i dont want to use that feature and by default its turned on so i cant turn it off

does anybody else have problems with gps? I can see satellites (>12) but will never get a fix. In adition the compass isn't working. I had the same issue on Lineage os 15.1 and 16. But on the AOSP 8.1 ROM it works without problems. I didn't install Gapps, while testin the rom (It's faster to setup)
Edit: After tesing a lot of other 9.0 ROMs I've allways facing the same issue: No working Compass and no gps fix. Is there a solution i missed? Dows anybody else have the same prolems?

Is their a double tap to wake function? What other kernels compatible to this rom that would give me that functionality? Thanks.
He just said it's likely RR's code. So it might have to be fixed up stream.
Is Gapps really needed? I wont be using Google anything, installing my own apps, is it really needed to run the tablet Just for downloading through wifi as well as using a browser to browse internet....?
Thats up to you if you dont want to use any of the google apps then you dont need gapps
If you want the play store and other google apps then you need gapps and you will need to repartition your device

just download kernel auditor from play store its turned off by default but it is included in the ROM

Just tested and I still get settings force close when clicking on RR tools and then going to interface section and then clicking misc gives force close this is the only thing that is keeping me from using your ROM once this gets fixed I will switch to this ROM but until then I am afraid I am going to have to restore my aosp extended rom backup
