I follow the steps but the camera still gives error or black screen. I have the same unit as yours.

i dont even use patch, just using ASUS Camera from xda(built in camera work too), dunno might be my phone is different than yours but its really ZD551KL/Z00T(Z00UD) and every feature working correctly with quite huge performance boost over RR oreo and im still using stock kernel instead of FK.
i might asking too much but can we get monthly build?
(its seems current build is r31 latest is r34)

Try whit a softreboot, if you have root,on a CMD whit root permission "killall zygote" should work until I fix it

I just tried it yesterday
And found something broken like reboot to recovery/poweroff related things
If we power down the phone,it will restart
And Magisk18 cannot be installed
I just flashed and back to nougat


Good ROM but need many fixes in source

Settings keeps stopping

If you're speaking of the resurrection settings go to the double arrows at the top next to the magnifying glass, press them and switch to nougat. Worked for me.

Hi, thank you so much for the effort. it's very nice cool ROM
But there is something not working very well with my ZE601KL Z011D
1. after power off the phone, it will aways restart by its own. so the power off is not working, it's working like a restart
2.the reboot function is not good as well. when selecting reboot to recovery/bootloader, it is still reboot to the system. but rebooting system UI is working good.
3.. the speaker has no sound. but the earphone is working good.
4. camera doesn't work even after flashing the fix.

If I am not mistaken this is common in all the custom ROM's. I installed Titanium Backup and use it to boot recovery and fastboot but I am on a ZE551KL. I was wrong about this being common. dotOS 2.4 shuts down but it doesn't reboot when you select reboot, it shuts down then too.

i use titanium to reboot too...my z00t...ze601kl
