I don't understand it.....I flashed another kernel to try it out and lost MTP. Than I have restored my backup but still I don't get MTP working anymore...the shame is it worked before!

Any advice please!

EDIT: I used the fix explained at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=55647993&postcount=167 and MTP is working anymore....shouldn't the backup worked aswel? I don't understand it....but as long as it woks now

MTP and GPS will not work with this rom. (P600)
You need the 2 fixes that Elim has posted a few pages back.
Maybe with V3 it will be fixed.
(Please check your pm's for help with Hyperdrive/TWRP)

Yup, Spen window and scrapbook don't work from aircommand.

However if you download "GMD Air Command Shortcut" from the playstore, the spen window works with that. (Scrapbook still doesn't work). Is there any way to replace the built in aircommand with that one so pressing the spen button launches that air command instead?

EDIT: Also, to be able to turn off the spen screen to save power when not in use, download "Spen Powersaving Widget" from the playstore.

Has anyone solved the Samsung Account Sync issue ?

"Sync is currently experiencing errors try again later"

Google Sync works fine. I need Samsung Sync in order to sync SNote with my Note 4 and Windows SNote app.

I am running V3 on the wifi only 600 model. Everything else works perfect. Could this be it ?

Is V2 not as stable as V3 bug wise ? Thats the only reason I went with V3. Other than that the rom is perfect. Much better performance coming from the Hyperdrive KK rom. Battery life is great now and stand by last days if not using it. Couldn't bee happier. Out of the box KK was sluggish and unbearable but now the this tablet flys.

Sent over a small donation to Doc for his time and work through Paypal this morning.

I'm using the tab style launcher on Hydronium ROM and it's very fast. If you're note is that laggy you need to look at other factors besides the launcher.

I meant the tab s launcher. It's already in the ROM you're using.

Yeah, I have no issues or lag with the launcher at all.

Multiwindow and multiple pen windows running and still pretty smooth.

DocFreeDom and I fix GPS independent from each other and here it is.

Fix

1. Again make a NAND backup via recovery
2. Unpack the zip (see attachment)
3. Replace libraries gps.default.so and gps.goldfish.so in /system/lib/hw
4. Set the attributes for both files to 644
5. Replace the config files gps.conf and gps.xml within /system/etc
6. Set the attributes to 644
7. Replace gpsd in /system/bin
8. Set the attributes to 755(!)
9. Remove the /data/system/gps directory
10. Reboot
11. Check GPS only

And again I need confirmation from P600 and P601 users that this fix work for them.

PS. If it not work then try one of the GPS-fix tools and please report if this helps. By example you can try the gps.conf file from this thread instead the one from the attachment.

I have tried your GPS fix. Everything went well but as I tried to replace gpsd with Rootexplorer I get a message that copying that file went wrong.
GPS is turned off.
Could some help please ?

So sync still doesn't work for me. Thought maybe making a new Samsung Account may help but no luck. Sync still failed and says experiencing errors.

I flashed V2 and everyhing works fine, smooth and not laggy.

I'l just have to export to Google Drive or use Evernote to sync SNote notebooks I guess.

@DocFreeDom You ROM ist just perfect. Only one thing I am missing are Lockscreen widget? Could you please add these like @THEDEVIOUS1 did for his "Tab S" ROM ? The mod was initialy coming from @Goldie

Do you know if there are any working themes available? I am looking for a nice black glass theme
