How to install VM13

Make sure your using twrp 2.8.6.0
If you use any other version then this to flash the latest firmware DO NOT TELL ME YOUR PHONE HAS NO SERVICE OR DON'T BOOT!! I WONT ANSWER YOU.

Make back up of current rom!!!!!

Added some speed tweaks, wifi tab in data ussage, enable dev optiins by default, innt.d support, more i forget
