Hi guys, need some help please.

Was originally on CID O2___001 however I've now changed it to SuperCID. Removed the "Tampered" banner but now want to get rid of the ugly red text on the splash screen. I've been reading the thread for about 30 minutes now but still unsure which one I should be using from the op. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank, ZM.

If your original hboot is on here. Just supercid back to stock cid an go from there. Is a choice

My stock CID (O2___001) has been requested a couple of times in the thread but I guess the OP is pretty busy as it's not been added yet. I saw people getting joy by having Super CID so thats why I changed mine. Not a problem, I'll just wait till the OP adds my hboot.

Cheers, ZM

Sorry I read the first 100 and the last 50 posts. From those, I can see my actual device CID HTC_621 (it is mentioned in the second post, mistakenly I think, as CHT-621) in the OP's second post, but the second post has no title, or any other context.

1. Can I assume that my CID is in a rather large "on deck circle", and that he will get to it?

2. As far as I can tell, even if I change to the super CID 1111111, this [MOD] will not work because the device was originally HTC_621....is this correct: simply changing your original/stock CID to the super CID will not allow this MOD to do it's thing as the original CID in the hboot somehow trumps a simple CID change?

(I'm actually running ARHD 8.1 which shows a long list which mentions a Euro CID when I use CID getter, but still shows the "main" device CID as HTC_621)

3. Is there anything I can do, i.e. post my HBOOT or other info to help the OP create one for HTC_621?

4. From point 3 above, are there instructions somewhere that I could actually create the needed file and I could post it back here, or does it require serious expertise...(I'm pretty good at following directions, but can't think for myself)?

Yep I am. And thanks ! I'll try that

It worked! Awesome! Though when I booted up my messages weren't sending so I went into airplane mode and back and it started working again... Not sure if it had anything to do with the flashing or not but just wanted to put that out there

Great work guys :)

So even though your mainver is missing, everything is working fine? I just ask cause it looks like hes got 2 versions up for AT&T (1.12 and 1.58) and I dont want to get hosed with the wrong one! Mine is missing also, and I am supercid with AT&T running ARHD 8.1.

Finally fixed the issue:.....Silly me, should have thought about this earlier....with the S-OFF, I can change to SuperCID...and then it will work just fine...!:good:

I have just updated my Firmware to 2.12.401.3 for the latest Maximus ROM & this splash screen has returned.

Is this still ok to flash or is there an updated file?

(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: c3d94491

Can you make one for me? :) I have also two another questions. When I change my CID to super CID can I flash the one from the first post? And how can I backup my original bootloader?

Thanks in advance :)
