AOSPA 4+
KitKat 4.4.2

Stay Paranoid!

This is still very much an early build of AOSPA/PA.
It's still very vanilla, and only has a few added PA features so far.
I had been waiting to do anything with this until they got things a little further along.
I think now is probably as good a time as any, to at least get this started.

So do not expect PA preferences or most of the things that PA had in Jellybean.
This is not nearly as feature packed and likely won't ever be, as PA prefs had to be scrapped in the move to KitKat.
That's not to say it won't develop into something unique and different, as the PA Team always seems to impress.

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy this rather clean AOSPA build for now as it is.
It does have Halo, Quick Settings(hot-swappable), blurred lockscreen, and a couple other little add-ons,..

I'll give it a go when I get off work.....you like the stock Kernel in this ROM or do you run a different one by chance?

I'm working on a new one.
The stock one is the most stable for now, although sluggish to wake and lacking in features.
It's just been a little tricky switching source trees over since the big shift in the Aosp and Cm kernel build trees.
Soon though, I should have a newer kernel that I am happier with then the one included in the rom.

Ok only thing I've found so far is the YouTube bug with videos not playing or sounding right but the DSP bug isn't there like in your AOSB ROM.... Loving it so far man!

I don't have that problem, my youtube works fine. It does take like 20 seconds though for a video to start. I'm using the micro GAPPs package (so I downloaded youtube from the appstore)

And thanks Santod, Awesome rom! Been waiting for PA for a while, and this is now my daily ROM. Only "bug" i found is on first boot, my screen was black. I clicked the four corners and nothing happened. I held the back button/clicked it a few times and it then went to the setup and everything worked fine.

When I apply themes , the keyboard stays the same.

On other 4.4 kk Roms the keyboard is theme as well ... Any ideas?

I've noticed the same thing in recent cm based roms. They might have changed something that the themer isn't seeing.
