Step 1-
Make Sure You Have a Custom Recovery
Step 2-
Wipe all(factory reset and wipe davlik) if coming from another rom
Step 3-
Install the Rom (stock slot recomended)
Step 4-
boot into download mode and flash the NE9 Firmware only Tar Via ODIN Here
Step 5-
Once booted open Alliance Manager from app drawer to create needed folder structures
Step 6-
Enjoy!!
