A few questions about this phone

Hi, I've been using this phone for the last two weeks and I have a few questions...
1) Could it be possible that the lack of NFC in the US version is only a software modification form Motorola and not the lack of hardware?
2) Is there any possibility for the charging LED to be used as a notification LED?
3) Is there any performance improvement in a 64-bit ROM compared to the 32-bit stock ROM?

1 - no, hardware just isn't there
2 - don't remember on stock (never ran stock for more than an hour or 2), but with with custom roms yes
3 - yes, but you may not notice it with normal use. I see it when working a spreadsheet with around 150k rows.

Thanks! The NFC question was because there is one app called "NFC Service" that comes preinstalled with the phone, but that may be because they use the same base ROM for all the versions.

Correct - and if you're rooted, and have us (1806) variant, delete it. It'll waste battery.
