I have installed the ROM from this thread.

Basically, it is quite nice. I can play Real racing, CSR rascing , GR Racing etc without major issues. And kudos to the developers who made this happening.
One thing that bothers me is the smart cover doesn't work very well. About half of the time it does, the other half it doesn't.
I have made some attempts and realized that installing a small app like "Auto Screen Settings" would possibly solve the issue.
Although such kind apps only work with proximity sensor which Nook doesn't have, by hooking a screen activation trigger into the system, it helps to reliably turn on/off the screen with the smart cover.
But still, after maybe 15 mins, when the Nook goes into sleep, the wake up will not be so smooth.
So, for those who doesn't care about the battery too much like me, I went even further to install another app "Wave Lock" and set at "Partial_Wake_Lock". After that, the smart cover works every time.
I hope my experiments could help someone a little bit.
Cheers.
