Yes, I have known some users having problems using Odin 3.10.6, therefore I recommend to use Odin 3.7 or 3.9 to flash the firmware and custom recovery. He can't make factory reset. Phone is stuck in recovery starting.

Which files should I get and where to a custom recovery?Yes, I have known some users having problems using Odin 3.10.6, therefore I recommend to use Odin 3.7 or 3.9 to flash the firmware and custom recovery.
You can get Philz recovery from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...overy-cwm-6-0-5-1-philz-touch-6-57-9-t2888674Which files should I get and where to a custom recovery?
I think I'll need all the 4 files plus the pit file, right?
. Bootloader
. PDA
. Phone
. CSC
. PIT (for Re-partition);
Tried already the Odin 3.07 and the flash process showed blue RESET and green ok "PASS" after 10':43''.
Used the PDA button with the file: OD1_TPH\I9295XXUDOD3_I9295OXXDOD1_I9295XXUDOD3_HOM E.tar.md5
Now the phone is showing Samsung logo (on the center with popping stars) and the LED is flashing with a blue light?!
What should I do now?
Apparently it's stuck or is it doing something?
Just did the factory reset and wiped all data then boot!He can't make factory reset. Phone is stuck in recovery starting.
Thank you very much! :good:You can get Philz recovery from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...overy-cwm-6-0-5-1-philz-touch-6-57-9-t2888674
It is normal to have Samsung logo (on the center with popping stars) at first boot on lollipop which should take around 15 minutes. You could give it about 20 minutes and if it does not boot up then you can pull out the battery and flash Philz Recovery, do a factory reset (You will loose your data if you do not have a backup) and reboot.
Edit
P.S. PIT file is not required for I9295 and the firmware from sammobile will include bootloader and CSC therefore you need only one file to flash with the PDA option.
Well...another happy user.... That makes me happy as well...Thank you very much! :good:
Don't know how the hell didn't worked with the Odin latest version, but with this one just everything run smoothly!

Just check the battery, before doing anything elseYesterday, after a few hours of apparently normal working, the phone just crashed down / switch off suddenly...
I did notice something different, the phone seems to freeze a few times and the battery was draining very fast...
Tried to flash the phone with Philz recovery, but the phone still stuck showing on boot the "recovery starting" line blue again...
Then downloaded the I9295XXUCNI1_I9295OXXCNI1_I9295XXUCNI1_HOME.tar.md5 (TPH 4.4.2) trying to install the previous Android version but nothing good is happening...
The phone at this time is stuck on Samsung logo with the blue LED pulsing over for the last hour. Seems to be in constant a boot looping?!
What do you think is going on and is there anything that I can do to recover the phone?
At this point I'm thinking to buy a new one (probably not a Samsung anymore - this is my 3rd - and for me is to much expensive right now).
The main issue is also to use the backup data, that I made with Kies. Is there any other android phones compatible with this program apart from Samsung?
Please let me know your thoughts. TYvm.

Probably is not working properly too, wasted... I would like to test it before buy a new one.Just check the battery, before doing anything else
