A weird app found on home screen. Lineage os. Lenovo a6000 plus

I found this app with no name or icon. When I try to open it, it goes to play store with an error message "to view this content install and set up a web browsing app" . How do I delete this?

I'm using lineage os.
Google chrome is my default web browser.
