[Kernel][Overclocked] No Gravity [2023-04-30][ProtonClang]
NoGravityKernel Hey, NoGravity Kernel dev here! You may already know me from my other supported phones (OnePlus 2, F1, Mi 8, X3 Pro, Mi 10T, F2, F4) I've graduated with a bachelor degree in computer science and I actually work as a C#...forum.xda-developers.com
Install it using recovery, OFOX/TWRP if you haven`t got recovery you could try Temporary recovery, check my post on page 1 post 20.
You have to dirty flash firmware zip file (140mb) for your specific region. If the latest version doesn't work, try an older one. Google alioth firmware it's usually the second result. Good luck
Bro you have to flash the kernel after flashing the rom, not before it. Otherwise, the rom's faulty kernel will overwrite immensity.@ApexPrime Flashed Immensity Kernel and then again flashed evolution x. Lets see now!
damn! i did that.. but i wasn't able to boot my phone to system after flashing the kernel.Bro you have to flash the kernel after flashing the rom, not before it. Otherwise, the rom's faulty kernel will overwrite immensity.
I'd recommend waiting 2-3 days before trying this rom as the dev releases updates at the end of every month. The rom was pretty stable but the last update broke a lot of things for most people.i just read 3-4 last pages of this rom all i see was issues. is it that bad or i missing something ? is it stable at all ? i need an stable A13 rom with some Options/customizations what you guys think.
That shouldn't have happened. Try using orangefox recovery.damn! i did that.. but i wasn't able to boot my phone to system after flashing the kernel.
phone was booting into recovery every time..
Last night, I got success. Lets see now freezing problem get solved or not..
Did you fix the problem?Finger print sensor not working. When I try to set it up, it says "Fingerprint setup timed out"
No I could not. I was told that i need to flash recommended firmware. I did but even that did not help. So i switched to miuivn. If that had worked (and battery backup), it would have been an amazing ROM.

It should work if you first flash the recommended firmware, and then flash the ROM. And you might also want to format the data partition after flashing the ROM.No I could not. You can try firmware from different regions. Also, the latest ones don't work sometimes so you can try older versions. Hope that helps.
Quick Tip 1,
Are you using the correct Firmware for your region, you could back up your important apps with DataBackup.apk (Needs Root) and factory reset Evo-X and see if that works,
I am using the latest build, i have not faced any Re-boots,
HI Adevem,Hello. I'm contemplating moving from MIUI as the recent updates has been quite poor. And since I have to wipe soon anyway I've decided to try out Evo X.
I've been reading all the posts and downloaded the relevant files. But when I try to update, it says my zip is corrupted. I've redownloaded it many times and even tried sideloading but it just doesn't work.
Any pointers? @johnr64 I've read all your posts lol. Was getting ready to setup my phone despite this late in the hour...
Right,Im losing my mind now.
I'm trying to install the latest release evolution_alioth-ota-tq2a.230505.002-05071614
I have wiped everything but the zip won't install. I am trying to do a total clean flash from MIUI v12 but the zip I downloaded does not have the .bat file for fastboot installation and wipe.
Am following your first post but I'm getting stuck at step 1. Please help!
edit: gonna clean install MIUI on their v14, the only one I can find with the .bat file
