I've being using Pico openggaps and never had problems, my package was from November, then i updated through play store!
Anyway, plz be aware that development for this build,AOSP 6.x , had STOPPED, no updates will see another light, CM13 will replace this edition of MM as per @nels83!
And thus bugs rising due to ROM instability might not be attended to!
But a good ROM, and looking forward to CM13 as promised by nels!

Hi Nels,
I just found this thread and have a few questions (if you've time to answer them)
Have you taken a look at the newer CM13 nightlies already?
I heard they have working versions for the major devices out by now

I found one reply of yoursin which you said that you want to get this port working before you start on cm
How far along are you?

Or is Houdini essential before you can even start with cm?

anyways, I know I'm late to the party, but it's amazing you finally got around to fixing the gps :)
(I wasn't following your thread(s) closely enough, so I only found out about it now)

Regards,
Djfe

... I'm compiling again with (hopefully) houdini support ...

Houdini works! Thanks to @lionls1
CM13 compilation is in progress (first release should be out tomorrow) so this project will no longer be updated.
In the meantime, you can try the updated TWRP ;)

I can't answer to everyone but thanks to all for your support and your kind words.

Wonderful! I was uploading CM13 when I saw your post... I'm compiling again with (hopefully) houdini support.
Many thanks (not from my CPU though :p)

No way, how do we donate NELS? If this gets houdini it's prob the most up to date kick ass ROM ever compiled for an older device that still works well and was first x86 ever or least sammys first along with only one with hyper threading I believe so this tablet was and is a rare breed I hope this works will be superb man, many Thanks you are amazing! Hope all is good with you and yours, 2503

You are a genius if this works and wasn't for you bringing it to light, would never happen.

Marshmallow for GT-P52XX is here. It currently lacks a lot of things to be a daily driver but is usable for people who want to get a taste of the latest Android release.

    Hey guys,

Some notes on what's going on. CM13 is on its way, I'll release it in a few weeks. I'll then stop AOSP 6 dev (well, it's already stopped since I'm working on CM13...).
OpenGapps seems to be quite unstable these days. I remember having a working tablet before updating OpenGapps and seeing all those FCs. Maybe you could try older versions.
As for houdini... I think there's very little hope :(

Last thing is exfat and f2fs support: TWRP3 will be released at the same time as CM13. They'll have the same exfat and (updated) f2fs code so no more sdcard working only in TWRP or CM and hopefully less f2fs bugs.

That's it for now, I'm going back to dev ;)
