I haven't tested reboot to recovery, but i think you'll get recovery bootloop.

EDIT : OOOOWWW MAAYY GAWWWD! this rom is verrryyyyyyyyy beautiful! Full of features with smoothness! Very fast in UI and smooth at the launcher (trebuchet). Its very different from your work before, PAC for 4.2.2 thanks OP for your good works

vold.fstab try this, add these 2 lines at bottem of build.prop

persist.sys.vold.switchexternal=1

ro.vold.switchablepair=/storage/sdcard0,/storage/sdcard1

no spacing required, i just separated two lines.

EDIT: a note: when doing backups, backup to /storage/sdcard1
