Yes, any Oreo ROM should support substratum

Please try to fix this
WARNING: If colors appear to be messed up, go to Settings -> Display -> LiveDisplay -> Picture adjustment -> change Hue to 0.
Seems that Hue is not the only wrong value

RR Oreo entered final state, I will keep making new builds until Oreo stops getting security patches (Nougat was earning them until December 2017).
