Yes, any Oreo ROM should support substratum

Please try to fix this
WARNING: If colors appear to be messed up, go to Settings -> Display -> LiveDisplay -> Picture adjustment -> change Hue to 0.
Seems that Hue is not the only wrong value

- Shutdown and restart not working properly - you need to hold power button for longer time to boot device and reboot to recovery from Magisk Manager or similar app may not work. Device however seems to boot correctly after it is "shutted down" for some time so it is probably not consuming battery all the time
