about Settings.apk and odex

Today I modified the file Settings.apk and I have been corrupted. and I have no backup. Can anyone be kind enough to give me the files "Settings.apk" and Settings.odex "?

re download the rom and extract it or click the link on my signature,last post on last page,ive uploaded some mad settings.apk lol,but its for sense 4.0.3
