Look at this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/droid-razr-hd/general/root-droid-razr-hd-xt926-183-46-15-t3062040
When you first run Hydrogen Peroxide, you should get about 4 "success" in the cmd.exe window. If you see any "failed", close the program immediately and re-start the program.
It will not work if you see "Failed" during the initial process. DO NOT let the program proceed if you see "Fail", immediately close the program and re-start and only proceed if you get "success" on the initial process.

I have done factory resets every time when it failed .
USB Debugging Enable,On Airplane mode,Mock locations allowed,Unchecked Verify apps over USB. (Plz remind me If any thing I have missed)

You said "using RSDLite to re-flash the stock firmware"
but I am already on 183.46.15 and as I know we have to flash it when it is on 182.46.15.
Should I flash it again??:rolleyes:

Hi all!
I just obtained a Razr XT926. It is on the blasphemic 182.46.15. I have downloaded 2 firmwares from motofirmare.center just to make just I flash either to the previous system version or to 183.46.15. My only issue now is... I run Linux (Ubuntu/Debian/Kali) on my machines. From what I gathered, this exploit is ran using a Windows machine. How can I get this to work on Linux?

Really. There is no known method to unlock the bootloader if you have 18x.46.15. The exploit that made this possible in the x.10 firmware was completely fixed in x.15.
