Hello XDA, i hope i am posting this in the right place. :)

Here is my issue, i have CM11 [KK 4.4.4] installed, plus Decilman's kernel - [KERNEL][AOSP4.4/5.1/6.0] dkp - d2spr - 8/1/16.
The CM11 works greats, its just what I wanted. Decilman's kernel i love that to...so what is my problem you ask ? Ok here is my issue, my issue is that the S3 that i have I bought off of Ebay for a great price [~$20], it is a bad ESN phone which is fine to me, because I am using this phone as a security camera with IP Web cam app. Thats all it is used for - IP web cam. I have IP Web cam setup just right and I have a program to monitor the camera for recording...The issue is that my battery % drops during the daylight hours from ~100% at sunrise to ~23% at sundown, then it full charges. It works fine but if the power were to go out for a hour or two it would drain to 0% and be down for aslong as I am gone.

I was wondering if there is a Kernel out there that has a higher default MA charging rate, I know Boeffla-Kernel has it but that is for the S3 international only. The default is 1000ma and I would *love* a 1200 or 1300ma charging rate if possible [or maybe my current kernel is editable but i saw no way to change ma rate via apps]. A higher charge rate would keep it at 100% all day. Sorry for the somewhat long winded post!
