Hi, I would like to ask for your help.
I have a 10.25" multimedia that was working fine until I broke it.
I found a launcher on the net that looked more practical than before and installed it.
It seemed to work, I could customize it, everything seemed fine until I turned it off.
After turning it on again, it starts booting, but gets stuck at the opening animation, it goes on forever, can't start the launcher.
The reset button is of course ineffective, I can't reset it to factory, I read all sorts of tricks to get a factory reset but no luck.
I found the right Android installer and the installation instructions in the forum, but it doesn't work, it doesn't detect the USB.

Something happened, in the last picture on the right is the contents of the pendrive before the attempt, on the left after.
Two new directories appeared (created by multimedia), but nothing else.

Are you familiar with the spflash tools software? try reinstalling your device with this firmware. and posting the results in this forum.
Maybe there are other opinions from forum members?

I tried this as I wrote, all that happened was that two new folders were created (watch video)
I've seen the video you sent, your device is stuck in the logo.
how do you install the firmware. ?
from system settings -> update or use spflash tools.
Judging from the contents of the firmware file, it looks like it's a firmware for OTA updates.
You should be able to get factory firmware (Contact the device seller) or firmware dumps on the internet, try using the search engine facilities.
Did you extract the .zip file on your pendrive ?

Now i did follow your instructions and all is fine, But there an on and off problem. When playing songs the system stops playing the song and either jumps to the next or previous and keeps stop mid way or at the very beginning. I dont know how to deal with this
I was able to figure out how to upgrade the furmware.

I have the boot logo replacement disabled in iviconfig
How can I reactivate it? Unfortunately, the seller turned it off due to legal violations.
Or how can I edit the iviconfig file? Maybe how do I create an AutoUpdate package?

First unzip the folder, and just copy the Update folder (inside there are more folders, don't touch). Second, put the Update folder on a flash drive and insert it into the USB² (you have two USB ports on the headunit, must be with the number USB².
Third: the system asks you if you want to update, you must give OK or wait 5 seconds. The copy of the files will begin, do not touch anything, and you will see how the lights blink
Fourth: do not touch anything, when the update is done the unit will turn off, and when it turns on again the lights will continue to flash, and after about 30 to 60 seconds it will start updating again. Never remove the flash drive or touch anything until the message appears at the bottom indicating that the update has finished.
When you're done, tap ok. Everything has been deleted from the headunit, and you must reinstall everything you had before.
Important: if you had the Apps from a vendor, such as Podofo or Jancar, they are deleted. If you had any map App too, but if you need Here Maps tell me.3
